Finestrat stretches from the sea to the mountains: from the beach of Cala de Finestrat, next to Benidorm, to the hilltop village at the foot of the Puig Campana. In between are urbanisations with villas and modern residential complexes, many of them new builds, with communal pools and sea views. We are a local estate agency with an office in Albir (Alfaz del Pi), about 15 minutes away.
In our listings you will find apartments in complexes with pools, villas and townhouses, and many new-build developments.
Cala de Finestrat: a small cove with apartments close to the beach, a few minutes from Poniente beach in Benidorm.
Balcón de Finestrat-Terra Marina: hillside villas and townhouses overlooking the bay of Benidorm.
Golf Bahía and Sierra Cortina: new residential areas between Benidorm and the village, with modern complexes and communal pools.
Finestrat village: the historic centre and its surroundings, quieter and close to the mountains.
In September 2026 the average asking price for resale homes in Finestrat was 3,316 €/m² (idealista), 4.5% higher than a year earlier. By area, about 3,450 €/m² in Golf Bahía, 3,270 €/m² in Balcón de Finestrat-Terra Marina, 3,250 €/m² in the village and 3,040 €/m² in Cala de Finestrat.
What is actually signed at the notary is lower: about 2,458 €/m² on average over the last 12 months (Spanish Notaries' statistics). That is why we value each home with real sales in its area, not just asking prices. We update these figures every quarter.

Transport: direct motorway access and Alicante airport about 45 minutes away.
State schools: CEIP Balcó de Finestrat and CEIP Puig Campana. Finestrat's first secondary school is under construction, with works expected to finish at the end of 2026; meanwhile, secondary pupils attend schools in the area.
Private and international schools: a few minutes away in Benidorm, Lope de Vega International School (International Baccalaureate), Costa Blanca International College and Oakwood British School; in La Nucía, Elian's British School and Vallemar International School.
If you have school-age children, tell us what kind of school you are looking for and we will suggest the areas that suit you best.
We guide you through the whole process: search, viewings, offer, deposit contract (arras) and signing at the notary, with independent lawyers. If you buy from abroad, you will need an NIE and a Spanish bank account, and you can sign through a power of attorney without travelling.

How much does a home in Finestrat cost? It depends on the area, the views and whether it is new or resale. As a reference, the average asking price was 3,316 €/m² in September 2026. Ask us for a valuation of the homes you like.
Which area of Finestrat suits me? La Cala if you want the beach on foot; Golf Bahía and Sierra Cortina for new builds with communal pools; Balcón de Finestrat for views over the bay; and the village for peace and mountains.
What are the buying costs? For resale homes, transfer tax (ITP) in the Valencian Community is 9% since 1 June 2026 (11% above 1,000,000 €), with reduced rates in some cases. New builds pay 10% VAT plus 1.4% stamp duty (AJD). Notary, land registry and administration fees are added on top.
Can I buy if I am not resident in Spain? Yes. You need an NIE and, usually, a Spanish bank account. We help you with the paperwork and the lawyers.
Can I rent the property to tourists? It depends on each property. You need a planning compatibility report from the town hall and registration with the Valencian Tourism Register, and in a building or urbanisation the owners' community can limit or ban tourist use. We check this before you make an offer.
Do you also sell new builds in Finestrat? Yes, we market new-build developments in Finestrat and across the Costa Blanca.
How long does it take to sell a home? It depends mainly on the price. In Spain, 58% of homes sold in the first quarter of 2026 sold in less than 3 months (idealista). A home that is priced well from the start sells sooner and better.
