We are a local estate agency with an office in Albir (Alfaz del Pi). We are not the developer: we help you choose between developments, review the paperwork with you and stay with you until handover.

How we help

1. Choose: we send you the developments that match your area, budget and completion date, and compare them with you.

2. View: in person or by video call, the show home or the site and the area.

3. Check: building licence, bank guarantee or insurance for every stage payment, specifications and payment plan, with an independent lawyer if you wish.

4. Support: reservation, contract, stage payments and handover. We explain it step by step in our guide to new builds on the Costa Blanca.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between off-plan and key-ready? Off-plan means you buy before the home is finished and pay in stages; key-ready means the home is finished and you can complete and move in straight away. You can filter by both in the search.

What taxes apply to a new build? 10% VAT plus 1.4% stamp duty (AJD) in the Valencian Community, plus notary and land registry fees. In other regions stamp duty may differ.

Can I reserve from abroad? Yes. We give you a video-call viewing, send you the paperwork, and the reservation and contract can be signed remotely or through a power of attorney.
