About us
Costa Prime Properties is an estate agency founded in 2021 by Daniel J. Eccles. We specialise in Alfaz del Pi, Albir, La Nucía, Altea, Benidorm and Finestrat, with an office in Albir (Alfaz del Pi). We also market new-build developments across the Costa Blanca.
We work in English and Spanish, and with native collaborators in French, Polish, Hungarian and Russian, so every client is looked after in their own language.
For estate agents
We are growing the team. Our agents work with well-implemented systems (CRM, clear processes and branded marketing tools), ongoing training and support, so they can spend their time listing and selling.

About Daniel
Born in Blackpool (UK) and raised on the Costa Blanca from the age of 10, Daniel began his career in 2004 with a luxury property developer in the area. After the 2008 crisis he worked as an independent agent, founded his first agency in 2011 and, in 2021, Costa Prime Properties.
More than 20 years in the local market, through the ups and downs, give him a clear view of what each home is really worth and how to sell it. Daniel is a registered agent in the Valencian Community (RAICV 1859) and a member of API (00655).
