Alfaz del Pi is a residential town between Benidorm and Altea that includes Albir, its seaside part, with the beach, the promenade and the Serra Gelada natural park. It has one of the largest international communities on the Costa Blanca, mainly from northern Europe, and a relaxed pace of life all year round. Our office is right here in Albir (Avenida de Europa 115): come and see us or book a viewing in English or Spanish.
In our listings you will find apartments close to Albir beach, sea-view villas, villas and townhouses in the urbanisations, and new-build developments.

Can I rent the property to tourists? It depends on each property. You need a planning compatibility report from the town hall and registration with the Valencian Tourism Register, and in a building or urbanisation the owners' community can limit or ban tourist use. We check this before you make an offer.
