About Daniel
Meet Daniel J. Eccles, founder and C.E.O of Costa Prime Properties. Born in Blackpool, UK, he moved with his family to Spain at the age of 10, where he integrated into the Spanish scholar system and completed his education.
Daniel’s passion for real estate began in 2004 when he joined a luxury real estate developer, where he immersed himself in the intricacies of the industry. However, the financial crisis of 2007 led to the unfortunate bankruptcy of the developer. Undeterred, Daniel’s determination only grew stronger as he transitioned into the role of a self-employed real estate agent, aligning himself with some of the region’s top agencies.
It was in 2011 Daniel decided to take the leap and found his own company. Since then he has been steering his business through the challenges posed by the financial crisis that begun in 2008, and the unprecedented impacts of Covid-19.
Daniel’s resilience, expertise, and relentless work ethic have not only kept his business afloat but have propelled it to new heights of success. Today, he is proud to be among the top agents and estate agencies in the area.
